She told me she would always be available and she definately has been as I contacted her a couple times with questions I thought about later. She gave me a comparison of options from the various companies. At no time did she ever pressure me saying I needed to go with her suggestions. She put them all out on the table and allowed me to think about what I thought was the best for me. Before she left, she gave me some information that I could read at my leisure to help assure me I made the correct decision. At my age it is scary to make changes with a stranger. But that was all taken care of by Debi. She never pressured me to make a decision right then and never tried to sway me one way or another.
